Great facilities for children including splash pools, playgrounds, and man-made beach. Helpful staff. Clean and well laid out rooms. Fabulous outdoor and indoor pools. Bouncy castle and indoor kid's club room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good location and facilities. Comfortable beds and lovely gardens

The pool was a standout feature of our xmas hotel stay, offering a great way to escape the busy city and relax. The complimentary access to the nearby sculpture park was also a nice perk, allowing us to enjoy some culture during our stay. Plus, the hotel's location near Happy Valley meant we had easy access to some fun amusement park rides.
The language barrier was a bit of a challenge during our stay, as not all staff members spoke fluent English. the hotel's remote location meant that getting around could be a bit difficult without a taxi or pre-arranged transportation.

During my stay, I loved the hotel's excellent facilities, such as the spacious outdoor and indoor swimming pools, the bouncy castle, and the kids' club room. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the good happy hour deal in the hotel bar. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-laid out.

The pool and artificial beach were a highlight, perfect for escaping the summer heat. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a refreshing break.

Complimentary drink and snack were a nice touch. Location near the mountains provided a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped.
The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed with simple requests. The breakfast was not included and overpriced.
